“For decades, I had pain and swelling of my left knee. It comes and goes. One time it got so bad that I fainted for pain and was brought to the Emergency Room. But the doctors couldn’t find anything. So, they gave me crutches to relieve that knee. A couple of years ago, I was on a walking holiday for three weeks and during that time the knee started to swell again and was pretty painful. But this time, it didn’t go away. After half a year, I started regular sessions with Vera and within 6 to 8 weeks, the swelling and pain were gone AND they haven’t come back. It’s almost three years now.”

“In recent years, particularly after working in the garden, my lower back on the left side became quite painful. After taking private (Zoom) classes with Vera for some time, she came up with a little private exercise for me, which I try to do three times a day, or when needed. The exercise only takes a minute to do but more importantly it unlocks my lower left back straight away. The exercise is quite simple but will take a few words to describe:- standing on my right leg only (close to a chair for support, if needed), while maintaining a straight posture with a relaxed tummy, raise the left hip and stretch the right arm out in front with the thumb up, then move the arm/thumb to the right and then back three times while keeping my eyes on the thumb but without moving my head. As you can see it is a personalized exercise for my situation and at this point, I don’t have any pain in my lower back anymore.”
